Mrs. Minor is the 7th and 8th grade principal at Huntington East Middle School. She oversees 504s, special education, and SATs. The 2023-2024 school year marks her 15th year in education. In Cabell County, Mrs. Minor taught at Cabell Midland High School and Milton Middle School as a special education teacher. While she was a teacher at Cabell Midland, she was a part of the GROW Teacher program as a Master teacher, Cabell Midland Teacher of the Year for 2021-2022, Leadership Council, Superintendents Professional Council, and much more. Mrs. Minor is a huge advocate for students and for them to become contributing members of society. She also enjoys camping, helping with the FFA program during the Cabell County Fair, riding her horses, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Minor is married with two children, two dogs, two cats, and two horses.
