Mr. Pennington is the Head Principal at Huntington East Middle School. He was previously an Assistant Principal at HEMS for five years.  Prior to that, he was an Engineering teacher at Cabell Midland High School for seven years. Mr. Pennington is an alumnus of Marshall University and has a wife and two daughters.
